Woman Exams
At Bloom Family Health & Wellness, we provide comprehensive GYN services, including pap smears, clinical breast exams, pregnancy testing, birth control counseling, and STD testing. Additionally, we can facilitate referrals for mammograms or bone density screenings as needed.
Our GYN Well Woman Services Include:
Annual GYN Examinations
We offer routine well woman exams to monitor and assess overall gynecologic health. This includes pelvic exams and breast exams.
Cervical Cancer Screening
We provide Pap smears and HPV testing as recommended by current guidelines to screen for cervical cancer and detect any abnormalities early for prompt intervention.
Contraceptive Counseling
Our providers offer personalized counseling on contraceptive options to help patients make informed decisions about their reproductive health. We offer services for management of birth control pills and rings, depo injections, and can refer to GYN for implants and IUD’s.
Menstrual Health
We provide limited management of menstrual irregularities, heavy bleeding, painful periods, and other menstrual concerns. Depending on level of complexity, we will refer to a GYN for expert management of complex process to improve overall well-being and quality of life.
STI Testing
We offer testing and counseling for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) to promote sexual health and prevent transmission.
Menopause Management
We assist women during the menopausal transition with symptom management, hormone replacement therapy (if indicated), and strategies for maintaining bone health and overall wellness.
Breast Health
We conduct clinical breast exams and educate patients about breast self-exams, mammograms, and breast health screenings.
Counseling and Education
Our providers offer counseling and education on women's health topics, including preventive care, hormone optimization, and sexual health.
Referrals and Follow-Up
If further evaluation or specialized care is needed, we coordinate referrals to gynecologists or other specialists and ensure continuity of care.
